Apply the polish, being sure not to go all the way to the ends of the nails. This will ensure that the color on your nails will come out as neatly and evenly as possible.
Once your nails have completely dried, apply another layer of the white nail polish. After allowing sufficient drying time, get your nail art pen out and ready for some wholehearted designing.
